  Ordered the fried tofu with spicy salt. It was horrible. Mushy tofu with no flavor. I had eaten one piece and set it aside. When the server asked how everything was, I was honest. Not only did she leave it on the table, she challenged me about why I didn't like it as if my taste were the issue and also like I was trying to get something for free. I. ate. one. piece. To attempt to end the conversation, I told her I would be glad to pay for it, but that I did not like the dish. She never offered to replace the dish with anything else and of course it was on our ticket. When we went to pay, the woman at the register answered the phone in the middle of our transaction and just handed me my receipt without a thank you or getting off the phone. We were one of only a couple of tables in the middle of lunch and I found out quickly why there were so few people there...Not only did you fail to make a customer who would return (I will NEVER be back), you also managed to make one who has never left an online review do so.
